Yoga for Teens

Yoga is a great way to relieve some stress & get a little exercise. Our certified Yoga Instructor Bethany, makes Yoga fun too. Teen Yoga is offered at the library on the 3rd Wednesday of every month.

Space and supplies are limited, so registration is requested. Registration for Yoga is available online by using this form for by calling 845-794-4660.

We will have a limited number of yoga mats available. If you have your own, please bring it.
