The mission of the Friends of the Ethelbert B. Crawford Public Library is to help the library by participating in outreach events & helping with fundraising efforts that benefit the library and its patrons. Some of the events & projects that the Friends have helped with in the past include:
Halloween Trunk or Treats in the community
Seasonal Family Fun Days at the Library
5K Race Outreach Tables
Annual Library Play Date
Tea with Friends Fundraiser
‘A Taste of Sullivan County’ Raffles
Community Clothing Swap
Sullivan County Youth Book Festival
Scarecrow Contest Judging
Filling Little Free Libraries
Painting the New Shed
Helping with Friends of the Garden Projects
Painting Faces at Events
Annual Book Sale at Bagel Fest
Assisting at Farmers Market Outreach Events
