Volunteer with the Friends of EBCPL

The mission of the Friends of the Ethelbert B. Crawford Public Library is to help the library by participating in outreach events & helping with fundraising efforts that benefit the library and its patrons. Some of the events & projects that the Friends have helped with in the past include:

  • Halloween Trunk or Treats in the community

  • Seasonal Family Fun Days at the Library

  • 5K Race Outreach Tables

  • Annual Library Play Date

  • Tea with Friends Fundraiser

  • ‘A Taste of Sullivan County’ Raffles

  • Community Clothing Swap

  • Sullivan County Youth Book Festival

  • Scarecrow Contest Judging

  • Filling Little Free Libraries

  • Painting the New Shed

  • Helping with Friends of the Garden Projects

  • Painting Faces at Events

  • Annual Book Sale at Bagel Fest

  • Assisting at Farmers Market Outreach Events

  • And so much more…
