Handsome and well-dressed, woodpeckers are a favorite of bird watchers. Learn all about the 7 species of woodpeckers that call New York home including identification, anatomy, diet, and why they drum on objects.

Pam is a local naturalist, environmental educator and owner of Golben Farms, a small nursery specializing in native plants. She is also the Senior Educator at the Mamakating Environmental Education Center, and lectures at local libraries and other venues.

This program will be held in the Robert D. Norris Community Room. Registration is required. 

Masking and social distancing are strongly recommended.
