Hula Hoop Fun for All Ages

Heather Davies has been practicing hoop dance for fourteen years and teaching children and adults to hoop for eight years. Heather provides varied-size hoops and accessible instruction to create space for you to learn all the basics of Hoop Dance! We will spend time getting comfortable spinning the hoop around our waists and getting acquainted with our body's rhythmic flow. We will also try out some basic circus-inspired tricks.

Registration is required (go to ebcpl.org or call the library for help registering).

Masks and social distancing are strongly encouraged.
