This celebration is 8 months late due to the pandemic but it is important to remember the great Ludwig Van Beethoven. Although his monumental works are iconic, many scholars believe his chamber works to be his greatest accomplishments. The Kemyndable Flute Trio is comprised of Amy Klein, Deborah Proulx and Kenneth Korn and will play Beethoven’s Grand Trio in C, op.87 and his Allegro for a Musical Clock, op.33. Anton Reicha, a friend of Beethoven, was also a successful composer and Reich’s Flute Trio in D will be performed as well as delightful trios by James Hook and François Devienne. Please bring your own chair or blanket.
In the event of inclement weather, the rain date is Monday, September 27th.
