This is an on-going experiential, fun class presented by Pamela Zaitchick, RN where you will learn to use various forms of meditation to attain the benefits of being mindful. The act of Mindfulness - being present in the moment and doing so in a group setting can be very comforting and rewarding.
Whether you’ve had mindfulness practice before or are just a beginner, over time, we will explore and answer the many questions that come up during classes so you can build a practice that is just right for you.
Attendees may stay an extra half hour afterwards to chat or ask personal questions. You will not be required to attend every month, but promptness is a must and space for this program will be limited.
