Civic Mural:  mobilize communities, articulate dreams, express frustrations, and consider strategies for change.

If you’ve visited the library recently you may have noticed that the rough-looking wall that stands between the library and the Bagel Bakery has been transforming into – something.  If you’d like to know more about what it’s become and why please spend some time with the artists – Angie & Tyler – and their mentor Tom - as they walk us through the process of creating Monticello’s first Civic Mural.

There will be an interactive component to this program; refreshments will be served.
