Presented by the Friends of the Garden Sullivan County
Microgreens are a tiny form of young edible greens produced from various kinds of vegetables, herbs or other plants. Despite their small size, microgreens can have very strong flavors, and are packed with nutrients. Come to this class and taste a microgreen salad, then plant your own microgreens to take home, and place on the kitchen counter to grow.
Space for this program is limited and a $5 cash only materials/registration fee will be collected. Please call (845) 794-4660 ext. 2 to register.
