Pamela Zaitchick, RN, RRT, has studied Mindfulness for many years along with other holistic approaches to living while working in stressful medical situations & life circumstances. In a time when doing many things at the same time is supposed to be the norm, be willing to give yourself a new way to adapt and make life less stressful and more creative.  We can all learn to work with the challenging aspects of life by training our minds. All ages can participate in Mindfulness—being present in the moment.
